The team

Built by people who give a damn.

The main founder had always been obsessed with one thing: getting better. Personal development, productivity, fitness, mindset — the kind of person who sets his alarm for 5am to go running. (He's Spanish. From Málaga. We know. The siesta is a non-negotiable — but somehow he still finds time to be annoyingly productive. We're looking into it.)

He's also from Andalusia. Which means being funny, a little extra, and completely incapable of having a serious conversation for more than 90 seconds is basically genetic. If he hadn't started a company, he'd probably be doing open-mic comedy in a basement bar in Manhattan, roasting the front row. Either that, or a full-time circus clown. The jury's still out on which career path had more potential. (After writing this, I'm pretty sure I can kiss my Christmas bonus goodbye. If I'm not here next week, you'll find me updating my LinkedIn.)

But the more he explored the wellness space, the more he noticed the same pattern everywhere: brands obsessed with selling, completely indifferent to what happened after. You'd buy the product. The brand would disappear. No follow-up, no guidance, no one checking if it actually worked for you. That bothered him more than anything else.

So he built AURA around one philosophy: the customer comes first. Always. Not as a slogan — as an operating principle. Every order comes with a real person assigned to your case. Every question gets a real answer. Every protocol is built around you, not around what's easiest for us.

The founders? One day they went out to grab milk and never made it back to the office. (Just kidding. They're here every day. We've tried. It hasn't worked.)

In their absence — and honestly, even when they're around — Sofia and Gabriela run the show. Which, if we're being honest, is probably better for everyone involved.

As for the rest of the team — let's just say the office looks less like a startup and more like a small United Nations. (Someone's going to have to tell the boss we need a bigger office. Not it.)

How we work

Nobody here is just an employee.

We don't believe in the traditional company structure where people show up, do their job, and go home. Everyone at AURA is part of something being built — and they know it.

Good work needs good energy. That means real spaces to disconnect, zero pressure culture, and the freedom to grow alongside the brand. We're not Google yet. But we're getting there. (The egg chair helps.)
