Return and Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products (All Countries)

 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging.


Resolution options:

 

  • We will send a free replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund if preferred.

 


All shipping costs related to defective or damaged products are covered by us.

In accordance with consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union and the United Kingdom, customers located in these regions have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.


Conditions:

 

  • The product may be opened and tested as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to test it.

  • The product should be returned with all original accessories and packaging, where reasonably possible.

  • Missing packaging or accessories do not void the statutory right of withdrawal but may result in a reduction of the refund due to diminished value.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The refund covers the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Exceptions (as permitted by law):

 

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

  • Sale or clearance items, where legally permitted

 


To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

 



3. Returns for Customers Outside the EU & UK

(United States, Canada, Australia, and Rest of World)


For customers located outside the European Union and the United Kingdom (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, and Australia), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for change of mind.


Returns for non-EU/UK customers are accepted only under the conditions outlined in this policy, specifically:

 

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Items confirmed as lost in transit

  • Valid claims under the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged.

This guarantee is a commercial guarantee and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

  • The product must be returned in functional condition (normal use allowed, no physical damage).

  • The product must be returned with all essential components.

  • Missing essential components or severe damage may result in the rejection of the claim.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The refund covers the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • This guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

 

 


5. Items Lost in Transit (All Countries)

 

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, you may:

 

  • Request a free replacement, or

  • Request a full refund.

 



6. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • EU & UK Customers: We remain responsible for the package until it is physically received. If marked as delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

  • U.S., Canada & Australia Customers: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered as confirmed by the carrier. However, we will provide tracking details, delivery confirmation, and carrier information to assist you.

 

 



7. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products, we cover all shipping costs.

  • For returns under the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal or the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
